The Silk Sky Cargo website provides information about international cargo delivery services between the UAE, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The website contains information about shipping routes, air, sea and express delivery, estimated delivery times, service costs, customs clearance, cargo tracking, additional services and ways to contact the company.
Information published on the website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer.
3. Service Costs
Delivery costs are calculated individually for each shipment and depend on the route, selected delivery method, weight, volume, cargo characteristics and additional services.
Once all cargo parameters have been agreed with the client, the shipping price is fixed and will not change, provided that the client supplied accurate cargo information and handed over the goods exactly as declared.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information about the cargo, including its contents, value, weight, dimensions and characteristics.
Users must not conceal the actual contents of a shipment, provide false cargo information, use the website for unlawful activities or spam, or perform any actions that may disrupt the website.
5. Cargo Restrictions
Silk Sky Cargo accepts only cargo permitted by the laws of the countries of origin and destination.
Certain categories of goods may require additional documents, certificates, special packaging or prior approval from the company.
Goods prohibited from carriage are not accepted for shipment.
6. Cargo Tracking
After a shipment has been registered, each cargo item is assigned an individual tracking number.
Clients can track the shipment through the tracking system on the website or contact a Silk Sky Cargo manager for current information about its location.
7. Intellectual Property
All Silk Sky Cargo website materials, including text, images, logos, design elements, graphics and other content, are owned by the company or used on a lawful basis.

8. Limitation of Liability
Silk Sky Cargo is responsible for organising cargo transportation in accordance with the agreed delivery terms.
The shipping price, delivery times and scope of services are fixed after all cargo characteristics have been agreed with the client. Provided that the sender supplied accurate information about the cargo contents, weight, dimensions, value and characteristics and handed over the goods exactly as declared, the agreed shipping price will not change and the company will not charge additional fees.
Silk Sky Cargo is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate cargo information, concealment of the actual contents, tendering prohibited goods for carriage or violation of the laws of the country of origin, transit or destination.
If inaccurate cargo information results in additional inspections, detention, return, confiscation, fines or other expenses, the sender is responsible for those consequences and the associated costs.
9. Third-Party Services
The website may contain links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Telegram, maps, payment systems and other resources.
Silk Sky Cargo is not responsible for the operation or content of third-party services, which are governed by their own rules and terms of use.
10. Changes to the Terms
